HARSH REALITY OF HOMELESS STREET YOUTH

Sometimes we do not want to know the harsh realities what homeless street youth and young adults go through every day. It is no fun! It is physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausting. But this is the truth. This is their realities. I went out summer of 2022 to stay the night in their camps. I don't have words for what they go through and what i witness. I did not sleep, I was tired, I slept on a hard ground with cardboard boxes being my cushion. If you are not experienced in chaos environments as I have witnessed during 3 combat tours, I would advise you not to sleep out inside the camps as an experiment. Outside the camps via the streets are no better, unless you are with an experience street outreach navigator to guide you.

I just wanted to give you, the community,

some of the harsh realities our homeless street youth go through on a daily basis. This is why Our Ark is calling on individual who can support us in making sure our street treasures, our diamonds in the rough are taking care of. Our Ark doesn't care if they have a drug addiction, shoot who doesn't have an addiction, I do, coffee and Facebook. :D. Its not to compare it's to understand with no judgement toward homeless people and our youth especially. If anyone have any questions, comments, volunteer, please get in contact with me.
