YOUTH HOME CAMPAIGN:

Updated: Apr 27, 2021

In USA, on a single night, 34,210 unaccompanied youth were counted as homeless. Of those, 90 percent were between the ages of 18 to 24. The remaining 10 percent (or 3,389 unaccompanied children) were under the age of 18.

Why being an independent and well-developed country our youngsters sleep on the streets? Who will take care of them? Is it responsibility of the government?

In our country money is not the problem but behavior is. Nobody cares for people who sleep on the streets and why? What are non-profit organizations and charities for? Being humans and people of society it is the responsibility of every individual to take care of others and charities can help. But if a person has no money he/she can volunteer him/herself in the non-profit organization.

Talking about behavior, if an adult is homeless and suffers from torture and evil behavior how would they feel?

So here is the Joan's STORY. She was a 17 years old pure soul. She used drugs because of her family dysfunction. She left her home at the age of 15. And by that time she was raped, beaten, and assaulted. With all these sufferings, she always had a big and bright smile on her face. She loved color gel pens. But she died because of the lack of support. Should that be her end? She was underage and took drugs because of her family problems but that’s how society should have treated her?

I found Joan on a street with my team members. At that time, she was on drugs had stringy short black hair but always had a big smile on her face. She went through the cruelty of society all alone and we all cannot get over her death.

We have decided to run a campaign titled “YOUTH HOME CAMPAIGN “.

I have started this non-profit organization 5 years ago. I couldn’t see youngsters dying like that. Starting from 1 member I have a team who volunteered themselves because they wanted to contribute to society as well.

Street-connected young people spend their adulthood in public places in search of livelihood and living in precarious scant conditions with a lack of protection. Young people turn to the streets for survival due to enduring poverty, abuse, and family conflicts. On the streets, these young people are highly marginalized, subject to numerous human rights violations, and carry a disproportionate burden of morbidities in the areas of substance use, infectious diseases, mental health, sexual and reproductive health.

There are still thousands of children, including many minors going through a lot of hazards and obstacles. We want a home for youth and not a house. We want to protect them from violence. Good and healthy life and environment is their right too. They need attention and love too.

So help us build a home for them with every facility. If you can’t contribute with money volunteer yourself in taking good care of them and visiting them every week, watching movies, playing indoor games, and helping them in every possible way so that they don’t feel left out or alone. A big smile on their faces will give you a satisfaction and you will feel the happiest.

MAYBE GOD HAS CHOSEN YOU FOR SOME GOOD DEEDS!

EVERY PERSON IN THIS WORLD IS FOR SOME PURPOSE, SO MOTIVATE YOURSELF AND LET PEOPLE SEE YOUR GOOD SIDE.

You can bring happiness to someone’s life and only your donations can do that. You can contribute according to your capacity.

AIM OF OUR ORGANIZATION.

Our ARK works really hard to meet the basic needs of homeless youth. Basic needs include shelter, unreasonable seizure, cruel and unusual punishment, and compelled self-incrimination. As a citizen of the USA, it is the right of each and every individual.

Let us help with our campaign so that we can achieve our goals with your help. Let society grow with goodness and help us with our holy grail that is “A HOME FOR HOMELESS STREET YOUTH-NOT HOUSE”.
