- We are searching for a keenly observant Volunteer Mentor to grow our clients' psychosocial and cognitive capacities.
To ensure success as a Volunteer Mentor, you should exhibit profound insight into adjustment-related conditions, plus refined strategies that can readily combat these difficulties. Ultimately, a superb Volunteer Mentor will be sincerely interested in their Mentees' achievements.
Volunteer Mentor Responsibilities:
Discerning and addressing psychosocial difficulties.
Steering frequent goal-setting exercises.
Establishing and bolstering your Mentees' social support structures.
Deterring your Mentees from partaking in illicit endeavors.
Providing sage emotional and practical relief.
Submitting periodic Mentorship reports.
Undergoing scheduled and impromptu supervision.
Requirements
Volunteer Mentor Requirements:
High school diploma.
Far-reaching Mentoring experience.
A demonstrable record of the exceptionally impactful volunteer experience is advantageous.
Knowledgeable about our structures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound referral techniques.
A highly observant, empathic, and dedicated disposition
